CCR Storage is family owned and operated.  Collectively, we have over 40 years of experience in property and asset management, coupled with 15 years background in the risk management and loss prevention fields.  We have 10 years of experience specifically in the storage facility management field.  

We understand how important your stored personal property is to you.  We understand that our reputation will be based on you having the best possible experience with our facility.  We strive to deliver 100% customer satisfaction to our tenants.  We believe in treating customers with appreciation, honesty, and with respect for the fact that our property should be as convenient and easy to use as we can make it.  From our easily accessible drives to our 24 hour, seven day a week controlled access, you will find that CCR Storage exceeds your expectations.  

We take great pride in, and devote lots of effort to, maintaining a clean and safe facility.  We welcome you to come by anytime, with or without an appointment to judge the property for yourself.  We promise that you will not be disappointed, and that you will feel very comfortable storing your items at our facility.

Since we live on site, we are usually around, but our business office hours are generally from 8:00 AM until 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and from 8 AM to noon on Saturdays.  However, we can usually be available earlier, later, and on Sundays, if you need us.  

When you call us, you will be speaking to an owner.  We do not use a remote call center that handles multiple states and properties from an off-site location.  We can tell you exactly what we have available and schedule a personal appointment with you on the spot - no waiting, no playing phone tag, no need to make multiple calls just to schedule one visit.
